Seattle Chapter of the Harvey Mudd College Entrepreneurial Network
Next Seattle meeting on Friday, August 22nd. We will begin our social mixer at around 6:00 PM and will begin the formal part of the meeting at around 7:00.
If you plan to attend, please respond as early as possible. Because this is being hosted in a private home, attendance is limited.
Our guest speaker, Craig Meyer, local favorite, talking about the business, Reclaim Media, that he runs with Carl Coryell-Martin (who can’t be there because he will be traveling). Thank you for attending the San Diego Chapter of the Harvey Mudd College Entrepreneurial Network, which was held at the home of Eric and Peggy Johnson in Rancho Santa Fe on Thursday, July 31st.
Our guest speaker was Alan Peltier ’91, who is Chief Operations Officer at nearby HRE Performance Wheels. HRE is a company at the very high end of (the top, actually) of the high performance wheel market. Alan talked about some of the stresses, strains, and rewards of a small, growing company in a brutally competitive market.
